House Rules for Location Shoots
- Certificate of Liability Insurance. $1,000,000 minimum policy is
required and must be faxed to The Clutts Agency prior to the shoot date, or
you will not be allowed to shoot. Certificate must be in the name and
address of the homeowner.
- A Confirmation Agreement and Crew List must be completed, signed, and
faxed to the Agency prior to the shoot date.
- A full day for both exterior and interior consists of more than 4 hours,
with a maximum of 10 hours. Anything going over 10 hours will be billed as
overtime. The overtime rate will be agreed on in advance.
- No half day shoots for interior or exterior may be booked unless a prior
days shoot was booked at the same location for the same job. A half day
shoot is 4 hours or less.
- Items off limits to crew: All personal items such as toiletries, food,
beverages, stereo, computer, telephone, unless permission is given by
homeowner. Crew is prohibited from going through homeowner's belongings,
cabinets, drawers, and closets.
- Crew is required to stay in designated shooting areas at all times.
Crew is not allowed outside the shooting area without homeowner's
permission.
- Crew is allowed to eat and drink only in designated area assigned by the
homeowner.
- When shoot is finished, all items must be put back in the exact location
found prior to the shoot. Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping of floors must be
done as needed. All trash must be picked up and removed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside all locations.
- A single crew consists of one photographer and no more than 12 people.
Crews with more than one photographer, or more than 12 people may be charged
for an additional crew.
- Bonded and insured professional movers are required if large pieces of
furniture, art, pianos, or pool tables must be moved for the shoot. Any
damage done to the home or homeowners property as a result will have to be
paid for and repaired by client to homeowner's satisfaction. Many
homeowners will require client pay to have piano tuned after moving. Pool
tables must be reset after moving. Please call The Clutts Agency if you
need suggestions for movers.

Mr. Clutts considers himself blessed and makes giving back to the community a priority.
He currently serves on the Advisory Board of The Dallas Children's Theater and the Board of Dallas Contemporary. He has served as: VP, USA Film Festival; Chair, Dallas Fashion Incubator; and Chair of the Board of Trustees DIFFA/Dallas. He has chaired many charitable events: Cabaret Gala-Dallas Children's Theater 2011 & 2005; Fresh Faces of Fashion 2007 - Suicide and Crisis Center and DIFFA|Dallas Collection 2001. In 2005 he was given DIFFA's highest honor THE LEGEND AWARD for his contributions of time and money in the fight against HIV/AIDS.

"How do I submit myself or child to be a model or actor?"
The submission process for adults and children is essentially the same. You will send an e-mail to the appropriate division and include a photograph and your contact information. For more details on what size information you need to include please select the appropriate division:

Yes we do. Please see the model info page for information on how to submit your baby.
"Are there any fees to sign with your agency?"
For children there are no fees associated with signing on. Adults who sign will be asked to cover nominal out of pocket expenses to cover the cost of a portfolio and voucher book.
"How long before I hear back regarding my submission?"
The Agency will only contact you if we feel we have a place for you or your child. If we do not contact you within three months you are welcome to re-submit.

John Clutts | owner + president | creative director
John Clutts is a native Dallasite, St. Mark's graduate and former Neiman Marcus executive with 25 years of experience in the photo industry. He is uniquely qualified to be an agency owner. He has worked as an art director, consultant, producer, stylist, actor, director, choreographer and assistant. He appeared on stage in many regional productions from his first leading role in the church musical at six through his mid twenties. He even taught musical theater at the prestigious Dallas Theater Center. He understands what it takes to be on both sides of the camera and knows what it means to be both artist and client.
He has "been there - shot that" for almost every category you can think of. Whether stopping traffic on the Brooklyn Bridge with Thom Jackson, shooting on location in New York with Elle contributing photographer Pieter Estersohn or shooting in Los Angeles with famed photographer Dominique Vorrilion in the home of designer Barbara Barry, he has literally shot from coast to coast.
In addition to the world famous Neiman Marcus Christmas Catalog he art directed Neiman Marcus Essentials, The Shoe Book, Options, Fall-Winter-Spring and Summer Savings Plan and Neiman Marcus Fall Home. He was staff stylist for Pier One Import's national ad campaign. A freelance stylist for: Ballard's Design, Bombay Company, Crabtree and Evelyn, Foley's, HORCHOW, House of Windsor-England, JCPenney, Metropolitan Museum of Art-New York, Neiman Marcus, Spiegel and more. He was fashion editor of Beyond Magazine and has written an occasional article for The Dallas Morning News. His work has appeared in Metropolitan Home, Southern Accents, Sunset, Coastal Living, HOME and many, many more.

Regan Ballmer | agency manager | interior + product stylists
Regan Ballmer was born in Dallas and grew up in Arlington. She is a graduate of The Art Institute in Dallas with a degree in Fashion Marketing. While at the Art Institute Regan wanted to become a fashion stylist. She studied abroad in Paris. During her time overseas she attended classes at the Louvre, Hermes of Paris, Salvador Dali Museum and Chantilly. This led to an internship with The Clutts Agency where she discovered she really liked the agency side of the equation. She performed so well that she was offered a full time position as the assistant booker for the artists division. She is the walking definition of "cross-trained".
Her career has grown throughout the growth of The Clutts Agency. During her 12+ years Regan has worn many hats. She has been part of every division. She was promoted to locations booker, then bookkeeper in charge of accounting. She has represented product and interior stylists and been a booker. Who knows what tomorrow will bring but today she is Agency Manager. She is the right hand and "partner in crime" of John Clutts the owner of the Clutts Agency, Inc. Regan leads the team that represents all things interior and product related from stylists, production assistants, and assistant stylist to Locations. Outside of work her greatest passion is her son, Logan and being involved in the Park Cities Community where they live.
Susie Feinstein | actors | adults + teens + kids
Susie Feinstein is Director of Broadcast representing adults, teens and children. Susie is a native of Canada and has 27 years of experience as a broadcast agent in 2 countries, including Toronto, Hollywood and Dallas. She is the mother of four grown children. She is celebrating her eighth anniversary with The Clutts Agency. Susie has extensive experience working with talent in both broadcast and print. In a addition to eight years with The Clutts Agency, Inc she worked eight years with the Penny Noble Agency in Toronto and at Nina Blanchard Agency in Los Angeles. Susie started her career in Texas working with a casting director. After four years with the Sarah Norton Agency she joined The Campbell Agency where she stayed for six years.
Susie has booked children and teens in countless films, television and commercials roles. Many of her talented kids have appeared on Barney and Friends, in Hasbro commercials and major feature films. Sometimes the clients will book everyone they need through the agency like Cook's Children's Hospital did for their current campaign. Other highlights in Susie's career include booking both the little boy and girl in the movies "Look who’s talking 1 & 2" with John Travolta and booking Hunter Knoche for the national Smucker's Television Commercial campaign. She booked both leads for the long running Canadian series "Ready or Not" and a series regular on "Degrassi High" for Nickelodeon.
LaTosha Ridgway | models | babies + children + tweens
LaTosha Ridgway is the kids + tweens print director at The Clutts Agency. During her tenure at Clutts, she has had several positions including intern, children's print + broadcast coordinator, and assistant to kid’s print + broadcast director.
During her internship she discovered a unique passion for children. She easily relates to them and is thrilled to work with clients such as AAFES, Frito-Lay, JCPenney, Neiman Marcus, Playskool, Sam’s Club and many others.
Prior to joining The Clutts Agency, LaTosha has worked in nearly every facet of the fashion industry, and has learned various fashion disciplines. She has worked on runway fashion events including Abi Ferrin's Debut Collection, Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS /Dallas Collection, Fashion at the Park-Dallas NorthPark Center and the Pin Show. In addition, she has showroom experience with notable lines at the Dallas Market Center, the world’s most complete wholesale marketplace, including a personal favorite, Sean John.
LaTosha is a graduate of The Art Institute of Dallas. Her fashion degree is the result of a lifelong love of fashion and design. She is also a member of the Fashion Group International, a global, non-profit, professional organization for the fashion industry.In her free time, she pursues her passion for photography of infants, children and families. LaTosha has a little boy of her own, E'mori.
Charlotte Reynolds | models | new faces + developement
Charlotte is a graduate of the Art Institute in Dallas and grew up in Arlington.
While completing her junior year at The Art Institute she studied for a semester abroad in Paris. During her three months overseas she attended classes at the Louvre, toured Yves Saint Laurent’s archive and original design studio and attended lectures at Parsons School of Design - Paris. She also met with professional photographers and artists throughout her stay abroad. She then distinguished herself as an intern at The Clutts Agency with her work ethic, keen eye for models and all things fashion.

Ashley Akins | models | print + runway | hair + makeup | stylists
Ashley Akins is the fashion booker for print + runway models, fashion stylists + assistants and hair + makeup artists. She is a graduate of The Art Institute of Dallas and grew up in Arlington, Texas.
During her time at The Art Institute of Dallas she had the privilege of studying abroad for a semester. While in Paris she attended lectures at Parsons School of Design - Paris and The Louvre. She had extensive tours of major fashion houses including Yves Saint Laurent's original design archives and studio. Plus major exhibitions of Christian Dior and Promostyl - a fashion trend research agency in Paris. She also studied in Milan and toured GQ Italia. She has taken meetings with distinguished modeling agencies and photographers in both Milan and Paris.
Prior to her current role Ashley distinguished herself as an intern at The Clutts Agency where she assisted with all operations in every division. Ashley has an eye for fashion and has styled many shoots and runway events before her time her at Clutts.
In addition to her work Ashley is passionate about being a mother. She loves spending time with her son Briton and is a die hard Mavericks fan.
Prince Varughese | actors | adults + kids + teens | models | lifestyle + promotional
Prince Varughese is assistant booker for both the adult and children's division of The Clutts Agency, Inc. In addition he books our Lifestyle Models for commercial print and promotional work.
Prince was born in New Delhi, India. He speaks the Indian dialect Malayan. Prince grew up in Texas and is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a bachelor of science in Political Science with a minor in economics. He studied RTVF and the Pre-Law program.
Prince has a well rounded background and was well positioned for the industry. He started as an intern with The Clutts Agency in January 2011. His goal is to be a success in our industry and through his hard work and determination he then became a paid intern, an employee and now holds his current position.
Prince is excited about working with Susie Feinstein the director of broadcast for the agency. He is learning everyday from her 27 years of experience as a broadcast agent. Together they make a very strong team.
LaShara Riggins | models | babies + children + tweens
LaShara is the assistant fashion booker for models in the children's division of The Clutts Agency. Originally from Breckenridge, Texas LaShara now lives in Richardson and is a recent graduate of the Art Institute of Dallas with a BFA in Fashion and Retail Management.
After a long career in Insurance, LaShara decided to return to school and pursue her dream of a career in the Fashion Industry. LaShara attended the Art Institute of Dallas where she studied Fashion Design and Fashion-Retail Management. While at the Art Institute, LaShara worked the very 1st "Fashion in the Park" at Northpark Mall. She produced and styled a fashion show benefiting Attitudes and Attire and interned with Susan Taylor and Associates, located in the Dallas Market Center. She interned at The Clutts Agency where she distinguished herself as a team player and was hired as the assistant Booker for the Children’s Fashion Division
Outside of the agency, LaShara is married to her college sweetheart and the mother of three beautiful girls who keep her busy. She is very involved in activities relating to special needs children. Her oldest daughter, who was diagnosed with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome at two weeks of age, is her inspiration.
Most importantly LaShara loves all things purple!
Sara Luxen Junkin| locations
Sara Luxen Junkin is the Locations Director. Sara is the newest member of The Clutts Agency, Inc. She joined forces with The Clutts Agency, Inc. in 2011. She has had a variety of experiences including her own artistic work, teaching photography at the college level, and she brings with her extensive professional experience in the commercial side of the industry from her photography location business, Lux Locations.
She is a Dallas native and has always had a passion for photography and the arts. She earned her Bachelors Of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University's Meadows School of the Arts where she studied studio art and art history. She earned a Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Photography from the University of North Texas College of Visual Arts and Design. She has studied art & photography in New York, Italy, and Toas, NM and has exhibited her own personal work at local galleries including the McKinney Avenue Contemporary and Craighead Green Gallery.
She has a love for architecture and interiors. Sara enjoys representing and managing locations for television, film, and catalog/magazine photo shoots.
